Thank you for your interest in Evisa, Inc's E-2 Visa Program.  Selected countries have an investment treaty with the United States that permits an individual to reside in the US through the purchase of a small business.  As long as the purchase conforms to the regulations of the treaty, the investor will receive a long term, multiple entry E-2 US visa.

The E-2 visa is available a person who makes a significant investment into a U.S. business. As a general rule one must invest $175,000 or more. The visa is renewable as long as the investor owns the business and is available to spouses and dependent children of the investor.

For over ten years Evisa, Inc,   principles have been the resource for foreign investors who are looking to take advantage of these programs.   Evisa, Inc conducts a targeted search for available businesses based on your individual criteria.  Because we have established relationships with Franchisors and business brokerage firms throughout the United States, we have access to businesses and franchises available for acquisition over a wide area of the United States.  We will evaluate each business to determine if it can qualify for an investment-based visa, and match qualifying businesses with your specific needs to find the best business opportunities.

When you are ready to purchase a business, Evisa, Inc structures the purchase agreement so it will best meet the E-2 visa requirements. Meetings are coordinated with the business seller to assist in gathering all the financial information about the business for the investor. We remain with you throughout the business purchase, arrange for an escrow account to protect your investment, and through our immigration law firm we will secure your E-2 visa and finalize the transaction.  In summary we will:

·     Assist you in locating available franchises & businesses in the United States
